I’ve been lucky enough to work with fLorence on more than one occasion, most recently when she spoke to a cohort of Mentoring Program participants on the benefits of mentorship, continuous learning, and finding your own direction in your work. fLorence is engaging and charismatic (which comes through even via Zoom!) as well as deeply passionate about her areas of focus. She has fascinating background, which she leverages alongside her academic career to tailor experiences to her audiences. In summary – fLorence is a professional with a real zest for life who I have no doubt will continue to think outside the box!

Dr fLorence’s talk was Inspiring and moving, but you better be warned: she’s going to plant that little seed of “what if I could make my dream come true”… after all, we all dream and Dr fLorence is that little red fairy strong of her own dream (and realized!) and passion who delivers a kind message to believe in ourselves and go get it!

I had the privilege of attending a virtual keynote presentation by fLorence, which focused on the hot topic of leadership. Her talk was exceptionally inspiring and thought-provoking. It left a lasting impact on me. Several of the insights she shared compelled me to reevaluate and change my daily routines for the better. I found her keynote to be a valuable resource for both personal and professional development, leaving me energised and more confident about the path ahead.

I’ve known Dr fLorence Cotel for over five years. fLorence has a razor-sharp intellect and a unique way of looking at things, she can see both the big picture and the granular detail. As a public speaking coach, fLorence was instrumental in helping me prepare the script and delivery of my TEDx talk. She taught me how to own my pauses and how best to engage an audience. As a writing buddy, fLorence made me see connections and pitfalls in the manuscript of my forthcoming memoir, that nobody else had pointed out and I continue to lean on her for her critical eye. fLorence is warm-hearted, generous and a joy to work with. I admire her focus and the way she always gives a 100% to any project she works on.

fLorence spoke about solving complex problems through cross-boundary collaboration of experts. Based on a wide range of powerful examples she proposed several tips and tricks about how to make the most of transversal cooperation of experts. Very inspiring ideas to experiment and adopt without waiting!
