Dr fLorence Cotel inspires communities to realise their dreams.

Dare to Dream (all ages)

Following the One Dream Down Campaign, fLorence inspires communities to dream and realise their dreams.

Using anecdotes and lessons from her bike packing adventures in South America (12,000km) and Australia( 3,000Km), fLorence inspires the audience to set goals and helps them get ready to tackle them one at a time.

Why pursuing our dreams?

Realising dreams is a  powerful way to nurture mental health and stay away from burnout
Pursuing dreams can have a transformative impact on our well-being in several ways.

* It gives a sense of purpose and a direction in life, whic makes it much more exciting to get up in the morning!

* It helps build your resilience and drive your internal motivation (the best engine you’ll ever get).

* It promotes optimism and gives a sense accomplishment  which counteract the effects of stress and anxiety.

* It reinforces our self-esteem which is major pillar of well-being.

Do you want a bit of help to start planning for your dreams?

The One Dream Down Video Series was designed to inspire you and help you get started.

Every talk is prepared with the organiser to meet the specific needs of the community and to be culturally responsive.  The duration can be adjusted from 20 minutes to one hour. From experience, attendees are very eager to ask questions and spend time with fLorence. Therefore, we advise to plan for a  30min Q & A session after the talk either as a plenary or an informal gathering,
Any other question, please get in touch.
